If you need to return the item, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged for transit. Once we receive the artwork and verify its condition, we can either offer a full refund minus shipping costs, an alternative art print, or issue a credit note for future use. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method on record.
